About the Company

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as our Center Director at our Layton, Utah clinic. This is a leadership role overseeing clinical quality, staff performance, and day-to-day operations. The Center Director ensures our services meet the highest standards, our team thrives in a positive and collaborative environment, and families feel supported every step of the way.

About the Role

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site, in-clinic)

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all clinic operations, ensuring high-quality ABA services are delivered in accordance with Brighter Strides ABA’s mission and standards.
• Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and training to RBTs and Lead RBTs.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans, conduct assessments, and oversee program implementation.
• Collaborate with families to ensure progress, address concerns, and celebrate successes.
• Monitor data collection and ensure programs are evidence-based and outcome-driven.
• Maintain compliance with state, insurance, and BACB requirements.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented clinic culture that prioritizes client progress and staff well-being.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• preferred minimum 3 years of ABA experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Layton, UT during scheduled hours.
