About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Car Wash Manager who takes pride in delivering a spotless experience—literally! If you enjoy leading a team, love working with vehicles, and thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy environment, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure top-quality service, and play a key role in creating a clean, friendly, and professional environment for both customers and staff.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example while supervising daily car wash operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
• Oversee team performance in exterior washes, interior detailing, buffing, and tinting to maintain service standards
• Ensure the wash area remains organized, clean, and safe, and that all equipment is properly maintained
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and deliver a professional experience
• Coordinate vehicle movement on the property to maintain a smooth and safe workflow
• Train, coach, and support team members in best practices, safety procedures, and service techniques
• Maintain quality control across all services and ensure cleanliness throughout the facility

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a car wash, detailing, or automotive service environment is a strong asset

• Familiarity with buffing, tinting, and custodial procedures is a plus

• A team leader with strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering a high-quality service experience

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate customer vehicles with care

• Reliable, hardworking, and organized
