What You’ll Do:

• Program complex parts for 4th and 5th axis CNC mills and live-tool lathes using Mastercam
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot toolpaths to improve cycle times and part quality
• Collaborate with machinists and production teams on setups, tooling selection, and process improvements
• Support new product introductions, prototyping, and production runs in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring:

• Strong Mastercam programming experience with multi-axis CNC mills and live-tooling lathes
• Proven ability to write, edit, and optimize programs for 4-axis, 5-axis, and complex turning centers
• Solid understanding of tooling, fixturing, feeds/speeds, and machining best practices
• Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for precision manufacturing and continuous improvement
