Join Team JBS and take the lead on exciting construction projects! We're looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day commercial construction operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to our high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the project on track
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings
• Monitor quality control and resolve any issues promptly
• Provide clear communication and regular progress reports to the Project Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards

Note: This is a traveling position, requiring you to be on-site at various project locations.
