Content & Social Marketing Lead

$130,000 – $170,000 + Equity + Benefits

San Francisco, CA – Hybrid (4 days/week)

The team is pioneering a new era of AI agents that collaborate across channels like email, Slack, and Zoom—handling open-ended tasks in dynamic environments while learning and improving over time.

As Content & Social Video Lead, you’ll create, direct, and distribute scroll-stopping video content that drives brand visibility across TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram. You’ll own the brand voice, scale influencer programs, and translate complex AI concepts into viral, relatable content. You’ll be trusted to shape the company’s social and video strategy from the ground up, with full creative ownership.

This is an ideal role for someone who’s hands-on, creative-first, and hungry to make a visible impact in a high-growth start-up environment.

The Role

• Create, edit, and animate short- and long-form videos from concept to post-production
• Own the brand voice and content strategy across all major social channels
• Build and scale influencer and creator programs, managing partnerships end-to-end
• Spot trends, leverage cultural moments, and keep ahead of platform shifts
• Translate complex AI and B2B concepts into relatable, shareable stories
• Track and optimize content performance to drive reach, engagement, and community growth

The Person

• Proven track record in video creation, editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
• Deep fluency in TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and X
• Comfortable on camera and experienced in directing talent
• Skilled in tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experienced in managing social accounts, building audiences, and scaling influencer programs
• Background in high-growth start-ups, with a passion for AI, SaaS, or workflow automation
