Job Description
We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to work with one of our clients. Our client is a pioneering food and beverage innovation company that acts as a bridge between the advanced world of pharmaceuticals and the daily essentials of food and drink.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
- Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates within life sciences and food & beverage sectors
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Represent our client's brand in a professional and engaging way to prospective candidates
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Experience recruiting in either Life Sciences or Food & Beverage is required
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
