We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented college student to join our Corporate Operations team as a part-time assistant. This role offers hands-on experience in business operations and is ideal for students seeking to build professional skills while balancing academic commitments. The position requires approximately 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
• Support internal communications and coordination across departments.
• Help maintain operational records and update internal systems.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with planning and logistics for company events or projects.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed to support the operations team.
• The ability to lift upwards to 25 lbs.

Qualifications:

• US Citizen
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Prior internship or part-time experience in an office or administrative role.
• Familiarity with project management or productivity tools.
