Role Overview

We are seeking an astute customer-focused CSR to support our client's technical sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical link between complex products and specialized customers, ensuring smooth order execution, swift issue resolution, and a consistently high level of client satisfaction .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to order status, delivery schedules, and product specifications.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product delivery and documentation.
• Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date customer interactions and order details.
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, delivery performance, and service metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of logistics, sales, and inventory.
• Engage C suite & technical customers, providing professional, warm, personal experiences.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge acquisition and retention, with a clear understanding of units, SKUs, and advanced product catalogs.
