Job Responsibilities

• Receive and manage food orders through the delivery app.
• Pick up food orders from merchants and transport them to the designated drone “nest.”
• Load food orders safely and accurately onto drones for delivery.
• Interact with merchants and customers in a professional, customer-friendly manner.
• Monitor operations at drone sites and ensure smooth order flow.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with equipment, apps, or processes and escalate when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety at the work site (rooftop, parking lot, or other outdoor location).
• Use personal vehicle for short-distance food pick-ups (with mileage reimbursement provided).
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures during operations.
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities and support team needs in a startup-like environment.
• Report daily activities, issues, and suggestions to supervisors for workflow improvements.
