R.E.D Evolutions is a Los Angeles startup building a portfolio of consumer applications—from a new social media platform to AR gaming experiences and regulated products (e.g., real-money/gambling apps).

The Role

We’re hiring an in-house leader to  own end-to-end delivery across multiple product tracks and  stand up the teams that build them. You’ll run a multi-app program spanning social, AR gaming, and regulated initiatives; establish product and delivery processes; recruit and lead pods (PM/TPM/Engineering/Design/QA); and keep everything on track from concept through launch and scale.

What You’ll Do

• Build & lead teams: Hire and manage PM/TPM and cross-functional squads; set goals, rituals, and accountability.
• Own the roadmap: Turn company strategy into clear portfolio and product roadmaps with milestones, budgets, and success metrics (OKRs).
• Drive execution: Run intake → prioritization → sprint/PI planning → launch → iterate. Unblock teams and keep schedules real.
• Portfolio management: Allocate people and capital across social, AR gaming, and regulated app tracks; make tradeoffs and sequence bets.
• Vendor/partner management: Source, negotiate, and manage external studios/contractors as needed.
• Quality & compliance: Ensure app quality, privacy/security, and compliance (store policies; for gambling apps, age-gating, geolocation, KYC/AML with counsel).
• Risk & comms: Surface risks early, create mitigation plans, and deliver crisp, data-driven updates to leadership.
• Operational excellence: Stand up lightweight Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes, dashboards, and post-launch feedback loops.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in product/program management shipping consumer apps; 3–5+ years leading multi-team programs or a product portfolio.
• Shipped products  end-to-end across at least two of: social platforms, AR/VR/3D gaming, real-money/gambling or other regulated apps.
• Technical fluency with modern mobile stacks and tools (iOS/Android, Unity/Unreal, ARKit/ARCore, backend services, analytics, CI/CD).
• Builder’s mindset for an early-stage environment: you turn ambiguity into plans, plans into delivery, and delivery into measurable impact.
• Experience recruiting and developing teams and culture in fast-moving environments.

Nice to Haves

• Content safety/moderation, growth/engagement loops, or live-ops experience.
• App store submission workflows and regional compliance (e.g., CCPA/GDPR; KYC/AML with counsel).
• Strong data chops (A/B testing, telemetry, dashboards).

Compensation & Work Setup

• Base salary during probation: $100,000+/year. (Based upon experience)
• Base salary after successful completion of probation: $200,000+/year. (Based upon experience)

• Hybrid: Remote/Onsite in Los Angeles
