Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Humano is currently seeking Freight Handlers/Unloaders for their warehouse site in Avon, IN. The Freight Handlers will be responsible for unloading retail items and ensuring efficient handling of products. This is a full-time position available for 1st shift, 4 Days a Week, 10 hours per day. Scanner/handheld experience preferred. The starting pay for this position is $17.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $23 per hour based on productivity. Daily pay is offered. Humano provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

**Qualifications:**

-Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and colleagues is required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Experience in unloading, receiving, loading, forklift operation, and other warehouse duties

- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols

- Good physical condition to handle manual labor tasks

- Must live locally in the Avon, IN area

**Responsibilities:**

- Unload retail items from containers and trucks

- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and other equipment as needed

- Follow specific instructions for handling and storing products

- Meet productivity targets to maximize earnings
