Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, overall employee experience, as well as company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains a collaborative relationship with employees and management
• Maintaining HR records: keeping accurate and confidential records of employee files, attendance, and timekeeping
• Responsible for providing support in implementing employee relations policies, procedures, and programs
• Managing employee compensation: processing benefits, administering pay, and tracking employee hours
• Assist with benefits administration
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
• 2-4 years' of experience working in Human Resources.
• Strong analytical skills (excel, ADP and building dashboards).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation Range: $75-85K plus bonus

**This role is located near Fort Worth and is an in-office position.
