Job Title - Mold Maker
Location - Congers, NY
Duration - Permanent
Rate - $40-$50/Hour on W2
We are looking for Tool room experts for our client's pharma manufacturing facility.
Ideal candidate will have experience with Mold making specifically different types of medical equipment, specifically injection molding.
Experienced clean room operator who is familiar with all the tools required in the mold making process (CNC, lathe, etc.)
Expertise in suggesting best suited raw materials for the job.
Performs a variety of operations to construct, repair or maintain in-house molds/tooling.
Deals with very tight part/steel drawing specifications/tolerances, which translates to high quality standards.
Comply with cGMP ensuring such practices are followed by staff.
Follows work environment safety precautions.
Lay out, fabricate and assemble metalworking dies, molds, and machine tool fixtures by analyzing blueprints, sketches, models and engineering or shop specifications.
Use a variety of machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
Set up and operate CNC lathes, milling machines and surface grinders.
