About the Role

The Manager of Marketing and Operational Support creates and implements Encore’s marketing strategies while also supporting executive operational leaders with organizational and administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of creative marketing skills and meticulous attention to detail in operational support. This role currently has supervisory responsibilities for Marketing.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Marketing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, nurture client relationships, and generate leads
• Create and manage content for our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
• Create and implement targeted communication campaigns for existing and prospective clients
• Review and oversee the design, production and implementation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Support Business Development team with participation in industry events, trade shows, and local community activities
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external marketing vendors and agencies
• Analyze marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports for the executive leadership team
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales support materials, including client education materials
• Collaborate with the Talent & Culture team to support all internal employee initiatives as needed
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Perform other duties as assigned

Operational Support:

• Assist executive operational leaders with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Organize and maintain operational documents and records
• Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as needed
• Support key initiatives and special projects for continuous operational improvements and business development as needed
• Support coordination of meetings, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and actions follow-up
• Assist in developing and implementing operational processes and procedures
• Help create and maintain operational dashboards and KPI tracking systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the service industry
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google suites, and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools)
• Experience with project management and operational support is a plus
• Knowledge of the landscape or property management industry is preferred but not required
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing organization
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
