Job Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment: scales, bottle fillers, pumps, sealers, and related tools.
- Assemble, fill, clean, inspect, label, and package products to meet quality specifications.
- Follow written and verbal instructions carefully to meet production goals.
- Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors and take corrective action when possible.
- Perform basic data entry and print reports using computer systems.
- Maintain clean and organized workspace according to GMP and safety standards.
- Work under general supervision, showing initiative and reliability.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written operating procedures in English.
- Strong basic math and counting accuracy.
- Willingness to learn new production processes quickly.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work full shifts and stand for extended periods.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Frequent standing, reaching, bending, twisting.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs .
- Exposure to chemicals/substances requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) .
- Standard physical exam required.
- No exposure to blood, infectious agents, lasers, or forklifts.
