Job Title: Operations/Marketing Manager

Schedule: 20 hours per week (flexible between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with potential for full-time in the future)

Role Overview

The Marketing & Operations Manager will play a dual role—driving digital growth through strategic marketing initiatives while supporting day-to-day operational and executive assistant functions. This is an on-site position requiring a self-starter with a strong balance of creative marketing skills and organizational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital Growth

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, paid ads, SEO).
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Oversee e-commerce marketing including product listings, promotions, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Track and report marketing performance, adjusting strategy to maximize ROI.
  • Create content (graphics, posts, newsletters, blogs) that aligns with brand voice.

Operations & Executive Support

  • Partner with leadership to manage day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling, travel planning, and executive communications.
  • Support vendor and supplier relationships, contracts, and invoicing.
  • Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency.
  • Manage office and operational logistics for a smooth business environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or similar hybrid role (start-up or small business experience a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and e-commerce marketing (Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
