Core Responsibilities
•Manage the mayor’s calendar, day-to-day logistics, and travel arrangements
•Process meeting and event requests; lead weekly meetings to ensure thoughtful consideration of all requests and invitations
•Work closely with all members of the Mayor’s Office to ensure seamless staffing and transition between events
•Compile the mayor’s daily book with meeting and event materials in coordination with office staff
•Assist with projects and event planning as necessary
Salary and Benefits
•Salary range of $80,000 - $95,000

•Tuition reimbursement program up to $6,500 per year
