SOLBOX USA CORP is a licensed freight forwarding and logistics company (FMC & IAC certified) headquartered in Miami. We specialize in moving cargo efficiently from the U.S. to Honduras, Central America, and the Caribbean , with growing volumes from China as a key trade lane.

Our services include LCL (Less than Container Load), FCL (Full Container Load), and consolidated small-package logistics . With established weekly services, we support both retail and industrial clients by ensuring their shipments arrive safely and on time.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maritime Cargo Coordinator (Part-Time) to join our Miami operations team.

1. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage FCL and LCL shipments from China to Honduras , and from Miami to Honduras and the Caribbean .
• Prepare and review shipping documentation: Bills of Lading (BLs), invoices, packing lists, AES/SED filings .
• Liaise with shipping lines (Seaboard, Crowley, Tropical, King Ocean, MSC, COSCO, Evergreen, etc.) , warehouses, and overseas agents.
• Monitor and track cargo from booking to final delivery, providing updates to clients.
• Support the pricing and quotation process for maritime services.
• Resolve operational issues (e.g., demurrage, delays, customs documentation discrepancies).

1. Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or maritime logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export processes from the U.S. (AES/SED, FMC compliance).
• Familiarity with Latin American and Caribbean trade lanes a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Magaya or similar TMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
