We’re seeking a hands-on Production Manager to help lead our field operations and ensure our crews deliver exceptional results—every day, every job, every team. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and is designed with a clear path to future business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily field operations, including routing, scheduling, and quality control

• Supervise and coach crew leaders and field staff; reinforce performance expectations and safety standards

• Build strong customer relationships and manage on-site needs or service escalations professionally

• Oversee labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient, on-budget execution

• Track job progress, crew hours, and material usage to support cost control and reporting

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of field staff

• Serve as a visible, respected leader who fosters team morale and customer trust

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in landscaping, construction, or field-service operations

• Demonstrated leadership of field crews or labor-based teams

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Customer service mindset and ability to interact with high-end clientele

• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus

• Working knowledge of landscape maintenance, plant care, and equipment use preferred

• Valid New York State driver’s license and clean driving record required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain

• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

• Comfortable operating and being around landscaping equipment and vehicles

• Ability to drive and navigate between job sites throughout the workday
