Job Description

We’re seeking a sharp, dependable, and organized Receptionist to support day-to-day phone calls for several HOA communities. Your mission will be to assess calls and route them to the proper individual at our company via email. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager and positive to speak with. From the minute you answer the call, a relationship is built with our residents and vendors. Calls will include maintenance requests, follow-ups, vendor questions and resident account inquiries.
