Job Description

Our client, a reputable law firm , is seeking a polished and professional Front Desk Receptionist to support their Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, welcoming, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual - Spanish Required)
Location: Houston, TX
Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Industry: Law Firm (Supporting Human Resources Department)
Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage mail, and maintain front desk operations.
  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the HR team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high standard of professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish (required) - must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Prior office experience supporting an HR department strongly preferred.
  • Highly organized and able to absorb a large volume of information quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
  • Comfortable working in a confidential, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Dress Code Requirements:

  • Visible tattoos must be covered while working the front desk.
  • Facial piercings are not permitted.
