Position Summary:

The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our warehouse operations. Operating onsite, this role collaborates closely with warehouse management to ensure adequate workforce levels, resolve staffing issues, and maintain high candidate quality and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to understand staffing requirements and production demands.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach.
• Conduct interviews, background checks, drug tests, and employment verifications.
• Coordinate and execute onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, turnover rates, and attendance issues.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and warehouse supervisors to ensure proper placement and communication.
• Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution and attendance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and employment laws.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HRIS records related to recruitment and employee status.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Flexibility to work varied hours based on operational needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk the warehouse floor frequently.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (temperature fluctuations, noise, etc.).
