The Role: We are looking for an experienced RDA with at least 2 years in dental assisting. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our dentists, ensuring smooth procedures, and delivering excellent patient care. This is a full-time, in-office position (not remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
Assist chairside during treatments, including instrument setup, suction, passing instruments
Take and process x-rays, impressions, and study casts
Provide patient education on oral health and post-op instructions
Document care accurately in electronic records
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Assist in dental emergencies and maintain CPR/BLS certification
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
What We’re Looking For:
Active RDA license (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental assistant
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, surgery prep, and patient management
Proficiency in dental software and record-keeping
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Current BLS/CPR certification
