About The Role

Sales Representative / Kitchen Designer

Here at Wren, we handle everything ourselves—from a free home measure and design service, to manufacturing our kitchens in our state-of-the-art,1million sq. ft. factory in Pennsylvania, to delivering straight to our customers’ doors.

  • You will play a vital role in helping our customers turn their kitchen dreams into reality, providing the best customer service every step of the Wren way.
  • By approaching customers to promote the Wren brand, you get to understand their needs and generate leads and appointments through genuine connection.
  • Using our state-of-the-art technology, you’ll help customers to design their dream kitchen, working with endless possible combinations of colors, styles and cabinet sizes.
  • Enjoy a starting salary of $16.83 per hour with unlimited earning potential through uncapped commission, with annual on target earnings of $55,000 - $60,000.

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekend and evening availability required
