Senior UX Researcher

Location: Plano, TX 75024 (Hybrid Schedule)

Duration: 6-month contract (Full-time, 40 hours/week) — Likely to extend

We’re seeking a Senior UX Researcher with enterprise product experience to lead strategic research initiatives. This full-time contract role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate is a seasoned researcher who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about translating customer insights into impactful product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead advanced research initiatives across multiple product lines.
2. Design and execute mixed-method research (qualitative and quantitative).
3. Deliver clear, actionable insights that inform product roadmaps and business strategy.
4. Create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to visualize customer needs.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research drives decisions.
6. Mentor junior researchers and promote best practices in research operations.
7. Advocate for AI-enabled tools to enhance research efficiency.
8. Align research efforts across Platform, Residential, and Component Manufacturing portfolios.
9. Influence leadership by connecting customer insights to business outcomes.

Top 3 Must-Haves:

1. 5+ years of UX research experience in enterprise or complex product environments.
2. Expertise in multiple research methods and ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
3. Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in construction technology, CAD, or BIM systems.
• Experience operationalizing research at scale in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and predictive analytics.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in research tools and platforms for both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Experience with project management tools and collaborative platforms.
• Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities.
• Portfolio showcasing strategic research deliverables (personas, journey maps, etc.).
