Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong focus on data strategy, analytics, and product innovation.

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Responsibilities

• Own and define the product roadmap for all data and reporting initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to transform raw data into customer-facing features such as dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics-driven workflows.
• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to turn complex needs into clear product requirements.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to identify pain points and translate insights into product improvements.
• Develop detailed product documentation (PRDs, user stories, epics) to guide engineering teams each sprint.
• Define and monitor success metrics, iterating based on data-driven feedback.
• Champion “data as a product” within the organization by building scalable, intuitive, and impactful solutions.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all things related to data and reporting, representing the product internally and externally.

Requirement

• 8+ years of product management experience with SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience working with data platforms, reporting features, and analytics tools (Power BI experience is a plus).
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira for backlog and roadmap management.
• Experience with data mapping, reporting pipelines, or inter-platform integrations preferred.
