Title - Warehouse Associate

Location: Itasca, IL

Duration: 3+ months

Job Description

Schedule: M-F on site 7-3:30 (some occasions to stay late)

You will play a vital role in a team of Logistics professionals to help distribute and control internet components. You will monitor and process customer shipments & supplies to keep the operations running.



What you will do

• Being able to problem solve and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Showing the ability to retain information and work in a fast paced/high volume environment.
• Being able to prioritize workload and effectively manage expedite requests.
• Ability to prioritize and stay on task with minimal supervision.
• Ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts.
• Executing receiving and shipping procedures.
• Clear knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Other tasks that can reasonably be expected.

Receiving:

• Responsible for daily processing of material receipts to ensure PO's/receivers are accurate.
• Ensure to deliver incoming material to the proper recipient in a timely manner.
• Ensures material movement transactions are completed correctly to maintain inventory accuracy.

Shipping:

• Ensure daily shipments of all products are processed in a timely manner to assure on-time-shipments and the processed orders are correct and complete.
• Responsible for shipping of product to both Domestic and International Customers using UPS, FedEx and other carriers as required.

It would be nice if you had:

• Prior Aerospace experience
• Prior experience working in IFE/IFC hardware.
